CIAT Chartered Practice

Only Chartered Members (MCIAT) of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) are permitted to register a practice. These Chartered professionals are specialists in the technology of architecture, building design and construction. In addition, they are highly educated and trained design professionals that are skilled and qualified to offer and provide advice and services for all types of buildings and construction projects, from domestic extension design to complex commercial projects. They offer guidance and support to clients as well as adhering and operating to strict standards enforced by a Code of Conduct issued by CIAT.

 

Chartered Building Engineers

Formed in 1925, the Incorporated Association of Architects and Surveyors, now known as the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), is a leading body for professionals specialising in the design, construction, evaluation and maintenance of buildings.

Chartered Building Engineers (CBuildE) are recognised as being experts in the use of technology in the design, construction, assessment and maintenance of the built environment. Membership demonstrates that an individual has achieved a level of professional competence that the public, clients, and fellow professionals can rely on.

 

IMechE & IEng Engineering Council Registered

The Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) is one of the fastest growing professional engineering institutions. Headquartered in London, but with operations around the world, the Institution has over 111,000 members in more than 140 countries, working at the heart of the most important and dynamic industries.

Incorporated Engineers (IEng) are professional engineers who maintain, manage and apply current and developing technology. These professionals registered with the Engineering Council (EC) may be working in fields like engineering design, development, manufacture, construction and operation. The IEng Professional Registration shows employers, peers and the public that individuals have spent a number of years developing your skills, knowledge and understanding within their field and have clearly demonstrated engineering competence and commitment.
